The Brief
As part of a joint initiative, Atlassian and AWS engaged Clutch to convene IT and engineering decision-makers facing shared challenges in today’s hybrid, fast-moving environment. The aim was to move beyond the whitepapers and webinars and facilitate direct, in-person conversations focused on operational alignment, performance, and long-term impact.

The Work
Each roundtable featured curated guest lists of 15–20 senior leaders, held in premium private dining settings that fostered meaningful discussion and peer connection. The format combined thought-provoking prompts with moderated group dialogue, allowing for real-time insight sharing and community building.

The Outcome
San Francisco at The Sea by Alexander’s Steakhouse: 14 attendees from brands such as Google, Yelp, Mastercard, Indeed, DoorDash, and Electronic Arts

Seattle at Charlotte Restaurant & Lounge: 21 attendees from brands such as JP Morgan Chase, Microsoft, Cisco, and Amazon

Boston at Porto Restaurant: 16 attendees from brands such as Sun Life, Wayfair, and Envision Healthcare
