Sitecore CX & DX Leaders Roundtable

The Brief:

Sitecore and their partners Xtremax came to us looking to connect with Personalisation Professionals to explore how their product offering can help CX and DX leaders to balance personalisation with the privacy requirements so prevalent in 2023.

The Work:

Clutch helped our client’s design content that would be relevant for this audience of largely CTO’s & CIO’s to ensure that the event would both cut-through and provide maximum opportunities for them post-event. We also wanted to make sure that the Roundtable got to the root of all the attendees current challenges, so that Sitecore and Xtremax could ensure their ongoing discussions were pertinent.

The Outcome:

Out of the 20 attendees that joined us on the day, over 65% were C-Suites, resulting in am incredibly robust discussion and several fantastic opportunities for our clients.

• Developing strategies for collecting data responsibly and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines
• Implementing robust data protection measures and promoting transparency in data usage practices
• Leveraging collected data to create exceptional customer experiences, focusing on the role of IT leaders in shaping and supporting these initiatives
